With the energy sector responsible for nearly three-quarters of greenhouse gas emissions today*, addressing how we create our energy is of the utmost importance, both globally and locally.

 

The Mount Alexander Bioenergy project is a central plank in the Mount Alexander community’s road map to Z-Net (Zero Net Energy Town). 

 

This community-led project, the first of its kind in Victoria, will turn organic waste away from landfill, capturing harmful emissions and helping generate clean energy. Read more
